Nicolai has over 10 years of experience in nonprofit development across Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, and Georgia. In the last years, he conducted over 50 institutional evaluations using internationally recognized tools and developed new evaluation instruments tailored to beneficiaries' needs. As a consultant, Nicolai coordinated capacity-building programs with support from the U.S. Embassy in Moldova, Norwegian Refugee Council, CNFA, Internews, and more.

Tudor has over 10 years of experience in legal consulting, organizational development, and NGO management. Moreover, Tudor has extensive experience collaborating with international organizations such as Chemonics Int., IREX-ERIM, GIZ, USAID, CNFA, UNDP, and the Soros Foundation.

Being a certified trainer recognized by the Romanian Ministry of Education and qualified across the EU, Veronica has trained over 5,000 people and provided consultancy to 7 organizations on capacity development. She has also collaborated with international organizations such as MADRE, OAK Foundation, UN agencies, and the Council of Europe.
