Organizational evaluation

organizational

evaluation stages

Interviews

At this initial stage, we conduct detailed discussions with key organizational members to understand the structure, processes, and current challenges. The goal is to identify the main needs and objectives of the organization and obtain a clear perspective on its culture, values, and practices.

Analysis

We examine relevant organizational documents (bylaws, internal regulations, financial reports, strategies) and investigate reported or identified issues. This stage helps determine the organization’s current operational level and pinpoint gaps or areas for improvement.

Synthesis

Based on the collected information, we prepare an evaluation report highlighting strengths, weaknesses, organizational challenges, and risks. The report provides an overall view of the organization’s condition and specific recommendations for interventions.

Validation

The report is discussed and validated with the leadership team, and based on the conclusions, a customized intervention plan is developed. This plan includes concrete, prioritized actions to address identified issues and support organizational development.

Monitoring and Reassessment

We provide ongoing support throughout the intervention plan’s implementation, monitor organizational progress, and adjust actions as needed. At the end of the process, we conduct a reassessment, if necessary, to measure achieved results and the intervention’s impact on the organization.
